SMATRA APAC Group started this project in Hong Kong in cooperation with the affiliated office in China as it included supply chain services in procurement and consulting expertise for international trade. Entire supply chains for different product categories needed to change to enhance sustainability and meeting the highest standards of our sophisticated client. An exciting project which we have appreciated and continue to support with a customized “green” database system.

This project had all affiliated partners in Hong Kong, South Korea, and China involved and was by far one of the biggest success stories. Rebuilding the brand, setting up the office in Hong Kong, developing the business in Asia-Pacific but also in the European Union, being the first Chinese owned foreign brand for customer loyalty programs in Europe and developing media cooperation in South Korea that was innovated at this time. Last but not least developing product lines that were awarded several product design awards.
